Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies #desserts #cookies

I've made a great deal of red velvet plans and shared them on the blog – yet today I'm making the simplest, most bomb verification formula ever – red velvet cake blend treats. You can make a clump in less than 30 minutes and you just need 4 fixings. They turn out delicate, chewy, and somewhat gooey with a delectable red velvet flavor and huge amounts of chocolate chips.

Everybody cherishes red velvet – however getting the ideal red velvet flavor can really be quite overwhelming. You need that smooth trace of chocolate, slight tartness, and excellent brilliant red shading. Immaculate red velvet plans can really be entirely dubious, in such a case that you get things even a little off you can finish up with an extremely dull heated great or a quite monstrous red shading.

For this formula – all we're utilizing is spread, eggs, cake blend and chocolate chips. I attempted the formula with utilizing oil as well, however I found the surface was better and the sky is the limit from there "treat like" utilizing liquefied margarine. When they're set the top should look simply set, yet you would prefer not to heat them any longer than that or they won't be as delicate. In the event that you find that your treats spread excessively slim, simply pop the batter in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before preparing.

These Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies are soft, chewy & filled with white chocolate chips. There's only 4 ingredients and they're the perfect easy red velvet cookie for Christmas, Valentine's or any occasions!

Ingredients

  • 1 18 oz box red velvet cake mix (If your box of cake mix is 15oz, I recommend using 1/3 cup melted butter instead.)
  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees & line cookie sheets with parchment paper
  2. Beat together the cake mix, melted butter & eggs until smooth.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips. I like to mix in 3/4 cups & reserve the rest for placing on top of each cookie.
  4. Form into balls about 1 - 1.5 tablespoons in size and place 2 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet.
  5. Optionally dot the top of each cookie with a few extra chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 8-11 minutes, or until the tops look set.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling.
