Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Torani Coconut Syrup
- 1 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup
- 2 cups pineapple chopped
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 2.5 oz white rum
- ½ cup ice
- Optional: toasted coconut and pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Except for the rum, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add rum to blender and blend.
- Take a pineapple wedge and swirl around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim of each glass in the toasted coconut.
- Pour drink into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
- Enjoy!
