INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 ounces of gin (We used Castle & Key)
  • 5–6 fresh raspberries
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • 3/4 ounces of simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounces of club soda
  • ice
  • a few raspberries and fresh sprig of mint for garnish (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a shaker, add raspberries, mint leaves, simple syrup and gin.
  2. Muddle together.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Strain the muddled mixture into the glass over the ice.
  5. Add club soda and stir.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
