We're back with another smoothie recipe! This time we've made a delightfully tart and invigorating Kiwi Smoothie Recipe with banana and lime. You can alter the pungency to your taste; utilize just a little lime juice or a great deal! It makes a brilliant sound bite or a yummy breakfast in a hurry.
I've made a smoothie that doesn't include strawberries! I know… I'm similarly as stunned as you seem to be. Truly, my preferred smoothie recipes are made with them, however I'm a lady who preferences tart and sour things, so I thought I'd work somewhat more with citrus for some summery smoothies. This kiwi banana smoothie turned out incredibly well.
What's more, it wasn't even my thought! I made acclimations to a recipe from Fork Blade and Love. The main changes I made were to alter for just 2 servings (so I split the recipe), however I multiplied the lime juice (since I like things tart now and again) and the yogurt. It's sooooo great, you all.
An expression of caution… I realize that the seeds from kiwifruit make a few people feel like their mouths are tingling or consuming. You can see from the photos that there are a great deal of seeds, and the way that they get hacked in the blender appears to fuel the tingling/consuming for individuals who are touchy to kiwi (like my significant other). On the off chance that I were making this for him, I'd just cut the external substance of the kiwi and forget about the piece of the tissue with the seeds.
