Italian Lentil Soup #dinner #soup

This healthy Italian Lentil Soup can be made in less than 60 minutes, yet it shows signs of improvement as days pass by in light of the fact that it continues retaining its few flavors, basil, oregano, dill, and particularly the kind of a decent olive oil. A solid sprinkle of new olive oil added just before serving adds to the extravagance in flavor. The straightforwardness of this soup requires no topping, yet I for one want to decorate this soup with croutes, new parsley, sautéed mushrooms and a sprinkling of newly ground Parmesan cheddar.

This is a simple lentil soup formula that is fast and modest to make, and I regularly have the majority of the fixings close by. This is an unassuming soup made with the most modest of fixings.

Soup is one of my preferred dinners to make… it's a definitive solace nourishment. I adore the manner in which the house smells when an enormous pot of soup is stewing on the stove. I generally make a huge clump, so I can have scraps for lunch the following day or two.
