To pay tribute to this pivotal event, I made us a celebratory mixed drink. An Aperol Grapefruit Margarita to be careful. It's new, home grown and brilliantly solid, and keeping in mind that it's ideal for summer tasting, it's genuinely a seasonless marvel. I trust you'll get yourself a few sooner rather than later (and possibly spill one out for me).
The Aperol added a splendid grapefruit shading to the beverage and smoothed out the flavor magnificently. So superbly, indeed, that, as of early today, there's just a bunch of citrus left.
Crisp grapefruit juice is critical to these Grapefruit Aperol Cocktails. Trust me. It's justified, despite all the trouble. Try not to disturb the premixed packaged stuff; the flavor simply isn't the equivalent. On the off chance that you would prefer not to invest the energy squeezing grapefruits, crisp pressed grapefruit juice is promptly accessible from most markets.
