Chicken Cheese and Pesto Quesadilla

  • 2 Tortillas
  • 100 g of cooked chicken cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 a cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 20 g of feta cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of basil pesto

Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a frying pan and place over a medium heat.

Notes
When cooking your tortilla it will shrink as it cooks, don't worry though as once you have cooked both sides, your Quesadilla will be the same size!
