With simple fixings and a blender, you can make this at home in only 5 minutes. Children and grown-ups alike will love this sound smoothie formula!
In the event that for reasons unknown you need your smoothie to be less thick (state, to drink it out of a straw) simply include more milk until the consistency you need.

Healthy strawberry banana smoothie recipe with just 3 ingredients! This seriously tastes like ice cream - so good!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup milk of choice (see notes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the milk to the bottom of your high speed blender
- Add strawberries and frozen bananas on top of the milk
- Blend, scraping down the edges if necessary
NOTES
You will need a high speed blender for this recipe (I love my blendtec). Because this smoothie is so thick, it likely will not blend in a regular blender. If needed, add more milk to help the smoothie blend.
